1、Introduction

SLECS-AX9 series computerized control system, developed independently and successfully by Shanlong Company, is a new advanced computerized control system for embroidery machine to satisfy high-end users’ requirement. The system supports six-in-one” control system with the blend of various special embroidery functions.

The system features graphic display and user-friendly interface with exquisite and realistic display effect, rich and various color and convenient operation; the data is inputted and outputted by U disk; pattern design could be downloaded from website; it also implements multi-task operations on foreground and background and supports monitoring through network and wireless remote control function.

2、Function Features

Outstanding six-in-one” control system supports flat, sequin (including single needle feeding multi-sequin), taping, simplified taping, chain-towel, and locked towel embroidery.

Foreground and background multi-task operation

This system introduces embedded and real time operation system, which enables to simultaneously input or output patterns to prepare for the following pattern to be embroidered while embroidering patterns. Modify embroidery parameters at any time, and take effect immediately.

Rich and vivid display

Adopt high brightness TFT10.4 inch LCD screen with higher resolution and more exquisite and realistic display effect. Graphic interface looks vivid and vigorous. A29 adopts advanced touch screen which is direct and convenient for operation.

Humanized operation

The humanized operation is based on a number of researches on operation habits of embroidery workers to make operation simpler and more convenient.

Convenient and practical built-in letter bank

The built-in letter bank of the system enables users to directly choose letters with alterable font and size to embroider. Stitch method and stitch step in embroidery can also be selected.

Wireless remote control (optional)

Support remote control on common operation such as inching, trimming and moving frame, etc. by remote controller.

Network monitoring

The system can create local-area network by network interface to transmit patterns, modify sequence of color-changing and monitor running status of embroidery machine in real time. Execute centralized management through network in favor of enhancing production management level of embroidery manufacturers, reducing errors in producing and improving efficiency.
